To Return/Repair/Warranty Service Your Product:
- Start the return process by emailing info@mcsus.com
- Wait to get your return order approval email with instructions on how to send your item
- Box up your product, with all its included components, in its original packaging and documents
- Be sure to enclose all spare parts and included components that shipped with your product; the return of incomplete products generally results in incomplete refunds
- You are responsible for return shipping fees
- It’s wise to use a traceable shipping method for your return as well as buy additional insurance with the shipping company you are using if your package is worth more than $100.00USD.
- You must have a Return# to return any product. Packages will be refused if there is no Return number on the outside of the box.
- Money will be refunded within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return
- We will refund your actual purchase price via your original means of payment, excluding shipping and handling fees
- Restocking fees are rare, but if they apply, you will be notified during the return process.
- All return items must be in good new condition, in original packaging with all its included components and documents
- Paintball and consumables are not returnable
- Custom, special order, and clearance items are not returnable
Order Cancellation:
Order cancellations are only possible if the shipment can be intercepted before it is picked up by the carrier.
Please note that all refunds for orders paid by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee is charged by the credit card company and is non-refundable. The fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
